Job Summary

• Our client in the Foodtech industry is currently looking to recruit an Operations Officer who will help in providing operational assistance in the management of the organization day to day activities while serving as a point of contact between the MD and other staff within the organization.
• You will be required to carry out instructions as given by the MD.

Responsibilities

• Establish an operational structure and allocate resources to enable safe work practices to be implemented by staff in production.
• Ensure safety through compliance of safety standards as issued by the Quality Control/safety committee.
• Achieve compliance for product quality, and food safety as issued by quality control/safety committee
• Foster an environment that embraces continuous process improvement of processes and personnel.
• Lead in market and product assessment including customer and competitor analysis, market trend analysis, compliance to policy, and design.
• Work with the CEO in making strategic decisions for product development, opportunity assessment, and business development models.
• Maintain regular operations within the organization, ensuring the maximum productivity of other employees.

Qualification and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
• At least 2 years prior experience as an Operation Officer
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
