Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description
The role's main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with staff suppliers and visitors
  • Organising the Director's personal commitments

Requirements
The ideal candidate:

  • Must be very smart and resourceful
  • Must possess excellent working knowledge with MS Office Suite
  • Must be well spoken and presentable
  • Must exhibit a very high level of integrity/ confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years work experience.
