Job Description
  • IT consulting and Training Firm in Lagos is in Need of a competent SAP Trainer/Instructor.
Responsibilities
  • Developing proper SAP training material
  • Co-creating the team (system) documentation and material
  • Creating and maintaining the help and the training for the new SAP users
  • Evaluating the SAP users level of knowledge in order to train them accordingly.
  • Creating PDM flow diagrams
  • Creating and supplying chain experience
  • Identify possible problems throughout the duration of the project
  • Coordination with various teams, during the project's duration
  • Providing support in order to go live
  • Coordination of training
  • Coaching in order to support other teams of the company, if needed
  • Any other given task that falls into the employee's qualifications or abilities
Skills Required
  • Experience in maintaining such software
  • At least 3 years training experience
  • Very good explaining and communication skills
  • Good experience with Microsoft Visio software
  • Able to work with a large variety of people, working in various fields
  • Good knowledge of various learning methods, especially knowledge of e-learning, as well as designing personalized methods to meet all learning needs
  • Having a minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work in a team.
