We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Developing and editing online learning material and content
- Assessing learning needs
- Analyzing existing instructional material
- Developing and design online material and assessment tools
- Overseeing implementation of online learning programs
- Training educators and students to use online learning system
- Troubleshooting technical problems via reported user issues
- Providing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Devising modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Maintaining project documentation and course folders
- Conducting any research required.
- Creating content management and liaising with external stakeholders to maintain
- Visualizing instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Analyzing and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in educational technology or related field is preferred
- State Educator or Administrator license, preferred
- 3+ years of experience using course authoring tools
- Proficiency with Blackboard, Canvas, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle or proprietary LMS
- Basic HTML and Flash programming Knowledge
- Familiar with website design, video technology and editing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of varied learning styles
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation method
- Masters degree is an added advantage
