Description / Requirements
- We are recruiting to fill the position of an Associate in the Compliance and Financial Regulation team
- Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate compliance, company secretarial practice and real estate documentation.
- Understanding of financial regulation, banking, mergers and acquisitions will be an advantage.
- BL / LLB / JD qualification.
