Job Summary

  • We are hiring qualified Customer Service Executives to manage customer requests from diagnosis to execution of job repairs. Ideal candidates must be aged 30 years and below as at December 2020.

Job Description

  • The Exchange Point Limited is building the biggest network of professionals for home improvement, repairs, installation & maintenance services in Nigeria under the HomeFix brand.
  • The CSE will be responsible for contacting customers, leading the technical team for diagnosis and ensuring prompt repair works on schedule.

The Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Manage customer requests and lead the technical team for diagnosis and job repair assignments
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure complaint resolution by providing appropriate alternatives or solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Ensure feedback is obtained from the customers on all job tasks.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell HomeFix products and service offering
  • Handle warranty claims on all assigned jobs.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification:

  • OND (Arts / Humanities / Social Sciences)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Experience.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer support experience
  • Active listening, speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent conflict resolution ability
  • 1 year driving experience with valid driver's license.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
