Requirements
- A Post Graduate Degree in either Human Resources Management, Engineering Transport Management, Business Admin, Social Science, Management or Education.
- 10 years progressively responsible post graduate experience.
- Evidence of operating at a senior level in Human Resource Management or Training.
- Knowledge of the transportation sector.
- Excellent people Management, analytical, IT and Communication skills.
- Experience of HRM corporate strategy and policy development.
- Minimum Age 30 years.
