Job Description

• As the Head of Business for Finchglow Holidays, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the business by sourcing and securing holiday and travel products to increase the profitability of the organisation.
• Typical Responsibilities include Negotiate with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort representatives to get best prices and packages, setting out a long-term, strategic marketing vision for Finchglow Holidays in line with growth objectives, Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained

Requirements / Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years work experience.
• Strong prospecting skills and Excellent closing skills
• Exceptional verbal, written & presentation communication skills
• Experience working in the Travel Industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer service delivery focus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
