Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming to produce scalable software solutions.
• The Full Stack Developers will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
• You should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries and will be required to see out projects from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, the following will be expected:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Developing front end website architecture through appealing visual design
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back end website applications.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.

Key Skills:
What we require:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, Ruby, PHP and .Net.) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js and Amber.).
• Familiarity with databases technology (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
