Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web.
- Deal with and respond to all customers contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels.
- Process customer refunds using website back end system.
- Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.
- Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment.
- Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.
