Responsibilities

  • Work on our current CRM system to improve its features and functionalities to better track client interactions, sales activities, and facilitate better data collection and analyses for sales performance management;
  • Define functional specifications of the CRM system by collecting feedback and requirements from its end-users and other stakeholders, researching how existing CRM platforms in the market work, and adapt its relevant features;
  • Manage the cross-function group of people that would work on the project including developers, designers, business development, sales, and marketing;
  • Design specifications and establish project scope and lead and manage all aspects of development, testing, launching, and implementing of the system or new features;
  • Be responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM system.

  • Proactive in exploring new technology and applying knowledge to your project;
  • Highly-organized and strategic in your approach;
  • A creative business mind with an understanding of the sales process, sales and CRM management systems, design, and UI/UX;
  • Able to work cross functionally within a fast-paced and expanding team located across different time zones to foster teamwork, open communication, partnership and alignment;
  • Excellent and professional in written and verbal communication

Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a project management role or capacity.
  • Must have a strong technical and project management experience working on CRM or sales management systems. A recent experience of working on a CRM or sales management system is required;
  • Proven track record of project delivery;
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales and/or Customer Support
  • Directly worked with engineers and developers and other cross -functional teams;
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus but not required;
  • Ease of travelling to participate in conferences, events, and company-wide training.
