Job Description
- Overall strategic management of the Group's human resources including - review of organisation structure; development of Job Descriptions; & KPIs for all positions; manpower planning; recruitment & on-boarding; staff performance management; training/manpower development; compensation & welfare; employee engagement; discipline; maintenance of employee records, etc.
Qualification
- The ideal candidate must have a good Bachelor degree or HND in a Social Science discipline (MBA &/or Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be added advantage).
- Must have minimum of 5 years quality experience in HR Management function.
