Responsibilities
- Design, improve and implement effective talent management processes
- Design and develop sustainable succession pipeline
- Put in place, communicate and monitor kPIs to conduct analyses of current and proposed talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- A good University degree, CIPD/CIPM would be a strong advantage
- Minimum of six years' experience with at least five in a similar role
