We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • You will work on the field/ market to register and manage sellers from various sectors like cars, electronics, fashion, cars, real estate, home and garden, etc.
  • You will recommend and sell Clients rewarding premium services that will boost sellers’ sales
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to selling of premium packages and continuous follow up
  • Ensuring you meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets
  • You will create and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Support clients if they have challenges with using company app.

Basic requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales & Telemarketing as well as field sales experience
  • OND/ bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients.
  • Good communication, account management and negotiation skills
  • Candidate should have a working android phone.
  • Great team player that can also perform exceedingly individually.
  • You should have a keen interest in the e-commerce industry and be growth-oriented.
  • Sales/marketing experience is an advantage.

Remuneration Package

  • Bestselling agents steadily get up to 500,000 per month.
  • Uncapped sales commissions of 70% of total sales
