Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role
- Planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies, programs and practices
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, compensation and wage structure.
- Tech savvy and knowledge of MS Software.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager.
