Job Title: Head Sales and Marketing

Job Summary
- Lead Sales & Market Team in propagation and selling of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a marketing and brand strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors,
- Adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
- Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Requirements
- B.Eng, BTech in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
- B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry
