Urgent and immediate vacancy exists in a Reputable Auto Sales, Service and Repairs Company operating in the Automobile Lubricant and accessories sector in Lagos.

1.) Accounts Manager

You will be expected to co-ordinate the following:

i. Operation
  • Posting all transactions into the system
  • Liaising with banks for confirmation of balances etc
  • Raise cheques and other payments
  • Carry out bank reconciliation
ii. Finance
Prepare monthly and annually:
  • Profit and loss accounts
  • Balance sheet and other financials All management reports including:
  • Products profitability reports
  • Monthly profitability reports
  • Other management reports
iii. Financial Control and Taxation Functions
  • Ensure adherence to statutory guidelines
  • Management of the Company’s Tax matters, Corporate Income and other taxes in conjunction with external Tax consultants
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities - Lagos State Inter Revenue Services and Federal Inland Revenue Service
iv. Admin and Human Resource
General Administration:
  • General office administration
  • Ensure proper and adequate documentation before staff loans disbursement
  • Initiate recruitment
  • Carry out performance appraisal
Qualification:
  • BSc./HND Accounting with minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Experience in an auto service company would be an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of accounting package (Quick-Books) and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
2.) Accounts Officer / Clerk

Job Description

You will be expected to assist the Accounts Manager in his/her functions.

Qualification:
  • OND Accounting with minimum of 2 years working experience. (Experience in an auto service company would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation and analytical skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
3.) Store and Warehouse Officer

Qualification:
  • OND Business Administration or any Social Science discipline.
  • A Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Must have 3-5years experience in Store and warehouse management. Not more than 35years.
4.) Human Resources Officer

Qualification:
  • BSc in Human Resources Management/ any relevant Social Science discipline and 3 years post NYSC work experience in a standard organization.
  • Not more than 35 years old
