Stern and Kay Consulting Limited - Our client, a Logistics company in Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient running of logistics operations within the business unit.
• Maximize sales, revenue and service delivery through the management of order fulfilment safely on-time-in full as well as managing spot hire requests received from customers.
• Provide visibility on business performance on various operating contracts within the department
• Regularly maintain and update customer database.
• Understand your customers requirements and ensure they are met
• Build strong & strategic relationships with existing & prospective customers
• Meet & exceed monthly budgeted target
• Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target
• Interact with customers positively to resolve customer's complaints.

Qualification / Requirements

• HND in related course.
• Proximity of applicants to Lekki Phase 1 will be added advantage.
• Preferably, candidates should have at least minimum of one-year work experience in a logistics company.
• 1 - 3 years Experience.
