Job Description
- Account opening and documentation
- Customers referrals
- Receipt and management of confirmation letters
- Attending to customers complaint and enquiry.
Job Requirements
Possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in banking or relevant background will be an added advantage
- MCP Certification in microfinance banking will be an added advantage.
