Job Title: General Manager
Location: Osun
Job Description
- Coordinate all activities in the factory
- Define objectives for the various activities in the factory
- Ensure the achievement of set targets as regards production, quality and cost
- Monitor progress made in the various projects in the factory.
- Responsible for the budget of the factory and ensure compliance
- Liaise with the relevant government agencies on behalf of TILAD to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize coordination meetings with the heads of departments to discuss improvement needs,
- Ensure safe and conducive social environment within the factory.
- Carry out other functions assigned to him by the Managing Director
Job Requirements;
Qualification:
- B.Sc/B.Eng Mechanical/Automobile, industrial or Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- MBA will be an added qualification for better performance. Membership of relevant professional body and association.
- Competence: 8 years experience in manufacturing industry. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft suit
