We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Principal (General Manager)

Locations: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To facilitate trainings, engage in management consulting, oversee business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit/organization.
• Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities
• Develop aggressive marketing, net revenue plans and direct successful implementation
• Create business plans to support the company’s financial objectives.
• Facilitate/Coordinate training and development plans for the leadership team
• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning

General Manager Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of operations management and/or consulting background, MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of Master's Degree qualification.
• Strong experience in leading teams and management.
• Registered member of Centre for Management Development (CMD) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
