Job Title: Production Team Leader
Location: Osun
Job Description:
- Coordination of production activities to ensure attainment of operations target as regards quantity quality; and cost at required time.
- Planning of production to forestall losses.
- Coordination of work force to ensure team spirit and industrial harmony.
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools for operations and maintenance of such to guaranty quality.
- Conducting periodic on-the-job training of operators to continuously improve performance
- Carry out any other job that may be assigned to him by the production manager.
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND Engineering or OND Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering with 5 years experience
- Competence: 5 years working experience in auto assembly.production, Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suites, especially Excel and Word.
