Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Osun
Job Description:
- Coordination of the staff and activities in Quality department.
- Ensure that set Quality targets on process and products are achieved.
- Coordination of Quality Inspection on incoming production materials and parts.
- Ensure the conformity of production process.to definition.
- Coordination of inspection of finished products and certify them for commercial sales.
- Analysis of defects on finished cars in-plant/after sales and define preventive action&
- Defining key performing indicators anti publishing results as defined by the management.
- Analysis of results and definition of improvement action plans
- Ensure training of staff is achieved according to annual training plan.
- Report defects related to parts failure as warranty or claims to Technical partner.
- Report activities and results to management daily.
- Carry out other duties that may be assigned to him by the General Manager
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- B.Sc/OND Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- Competence: 5 years working experience in Factory equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and Word.
