Location: Lagos

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower
  • Credit, respectively.
  • Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant post-degree work
  • experience (includes National Youth Service) rn any combination of the following:
  • Coil Tubing
  • Hydraulic Workover Unit
  • Lift boat Workover rig
  • Acid stimulation
  • Pipe recovery
  • Fishing
  • P&A
  • TCP
  • Gas lift
  • Submersible pump completion
  • Electric-line
  • Slick line.
Additional Requirement:
  • Demonstrated leader with proven record and behaviors to promote rig site safety for an incident free workplace. Ability to drive cultural change at rig site and achieve an incident free work place.
  • Demonstrated abilityto build team consensus and abilityto workeffectiveiy and collaborativelyin multi-discipline; multicultural environment. Able to interact effectively with work over superintendents, peers and service and contractor representatives
  • Ability and willingness tosuperviseand mentor National work force. Demonstrated mentori ng success.
