Job Title: Direct Sales Manager

Role Purpose
  • The role holder's primary responsibility is to increase the conversion rate on the DealDey website.
  • The head of DSA will be responsible for the coordination, management and development of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Copied from: www.hotnigerianjobs.com
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous improvement of customer experience on the DealDey website.
  • Increase customer acquisition through quality customer service.
  • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
  • Increase customer knowledge on all company products and services.
  • Educate customers on how to purchase on the DealDey website.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the DSAs achieve high levels of performance and KPIs are met
  • Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms.
  • Direct selling, Telesales and field sales.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports.
  • Manage Social Media and generate sales through other social media channels like BBM, WhatsApp etc
  • Any other responsibilities assigned.
Knowledge, skills and experience
  • This position requires a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Candidate must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills (Written & Oral).
  • Ability to plan, schedule, delegate and coordinate effectively is very essential.
The following skills are essential:
  • Analytical ability.
  • Creative imagination and problem solving.
  • Must be Computer Literate.
