Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Drive the cyber security sales process to achieve quarterly/annually budget targets
- Manage the relationship with CISO and compliance decision makers
- Drive revenue and market share by providing customers with insights and solutions that help them confidently securely move to the cloud
- Accountable for creating turn-around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met irrespective of current situation
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Keep direct line manager informed by submitting activities, results, and reports
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Build relationships and engages with vendors and partners to create go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng / HND degree in any discipline
- Candidate must have at least 5 years in sales experience
- Good communication is required
- Ability to think strategically with sound service/product knowledge
- Professional qualification in similar role will be an added advantage
- Strong business acumen and risk management awareness
- Proficient in use of MS Office tools
