Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Victoria Island Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls on behalf of the organization
- In charge of the companies social media Facebook, twitter account Attend to customers inquiries/queries on company’s services
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information Maintains customer records by constant update account information.
- Acts as the first point of contact on behalf of the organization
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
- Any other job assigned by management.
Qualification and Requirements
- OND / HND / Degree in a relevant field
- Good command of English language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Candidate must reside in Lagos.
- Computer skills is an added advantage
- Previous experience working in the Telecommunication and Hotel Chain industry is highly desired
