Royal Spotless Envitech Services (RSES) is a professionalenvironmental service provider with a world standard service delivery system. In view of the low state of sanitation and hygiene, which is the foundation of constituting this organization,We specialized in providing cleaning services for offices, hospitals, factories, schools, warehouse, banks, hotels, guest houses, estates, and ports (either daily, weekly, bi-weekly & monthly) including waste disposal management, fumigation and pest extermination. We have also expanded our scope to environmental consulting services, personnel management (Training) and supply of a wide range of cleaning products.

We have taken a comprehensive study of the challenges in the cleaning industry and developed detailed efforts to proffer solutions to the diverse needs of our clients. Especially due to the alarming state of WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene).

Job Description

• We are currently looking for dedicated, honest and energetic professional janitors with passion for delivering outstanding services to join our professional and friendly team.
• This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to our esteemed clients in institutions according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

• Cleans and keeps up various surfaces and material within a building or space
• Sweeps and mops floor
• Cleans and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Responds to urgent situations, such as spills, that require quick action
• Orders cleaning supplies and equipment and maintains an appropriate stock at all times
• Mixes liquids and solvents from basic materials to create effective cleaning supplies
• Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners
• Collects and removes trash from a building or space
• Notifies supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, are required
• Performs outdoor upkeep as necessary, including mowing grass, shovelling snow, and maintaining entrances and walkways
• Works in facilities such as schools, universities, apartment buildings, corporate offices, and hospitals
• Typically works when facilities are closed to the public or during low traffic time periods

Qualifications / Skills

• Must Possess minimum of SSCE/NCE/OND and not HND/BSc with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Good communication skills Both verbal and written communication skills both English and Hausa
• Technical knowledge of the job appied for( Janitorial Services)
• Ability to work with team/colleagues

Remuneration / Benefits

• N22,000 - N35,000 monthly
• Transportation Allowance and Salary Negotiable.
