Job Description
- Outstanding analytical abilities with innate talent for advocacy
- Deep and integrated understanding of the main brandies of a particularly law of contract commercial law and company law.
- Capacity to articulate and sustain complex arguments under scrutiny.
- Advanced familiarity with procedural rules of all the Superior Courts.
- Keen Interest in alt aspects of litigation and arbitration.
- Track record of successfully conducting matters In Superior Court&
- Commercially minded.
Requirements
The ideal candidates are expected to meet the following requirement
- At least 7 years post qualification relevant experience.
- Robust experience (either from a relevant industry or a reputable law firm),
- Strong academic background (at least a 2.1, either at LLB or BL).
- Superior drafting and communication skills.
- Hardworking, with ability to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Innovative, open-minded and commercially aware.
- High sense of logic and developed capacity for lateral thinking.
- Team player with a client focused approach.
- Enthusiastic about business development
