- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 - 15 years work experience.
- Customer Service Respondents must be neat and presentable
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to attend to customers quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to resolve customer disputes
- Must be of reputable character
- Must be able to provide innovative solutions in customer service
- Must have a good command of English Language
- Must be competent in basic accounting
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and other related programs.
