Job Title: Specialist, Consumer Research
Location: Lagos, NG
Job Summary
Assist in conducting market studies and participate in various segments of the research cycle; from identification of research objectives to delivery of statistically reliable results.
Principal Functions
- Interface closely with selected external research agencies on field team trainings, project quality control, scheduling, logistics etc.
- Assist in preparing research briefs to clearly articulate research objectives and deliverables to third-party market research agencies.
- Analyse data obtained from field research and distil relevant findings. Convert survey findings into user-friendly reports/presentations and suggest recommendations to the Manager, Consumer Research.
- Assist in the execution of sector/segment specific market research projects (including field surveys and questionnaire administration where necessary).
- Prepare comparative analysis reports to provide benchmarking information for the various Etisalat products/services/promotions on offer.
- Liaise with relevant units/teams/functions in carrying out all relevant activities.
- Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
- Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Consumer Research.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Consumer Research.
Educational Requirements
- First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Three (3) to five (5) years relevant work experience.
