Job Summary
- Ensure safe operating condition of Diesel vehicles by conducting routine maintenance and needed repairs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair Diesel vehicles to ensure identification and elimination of breakdowns.
- Perform routine check on Diesel vehicles for proper performance and inspect vehicles to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Test repaired Diesel vehicles for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on vehicles.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Section Head, Workshop from time to time.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Trade Test 1 + 8 years experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance of HEMM vehicles.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
