Duties

• Menu planning
• Family and staff meal preparation
• Baking
• Food shopping
• Pantry inventory

Requirements

• Candidate should possess HND qualification with at least 4 years experience
• Must Have worked in a family environment with a solid background in private house cooking.
• Highly experienced in Intercontinental and National dishes
• Great cooking skills
• Communication Skills
• Expert Knowledge of kitchen hydiene and safety
• Must live in portharcourt within townor not too far from town
