Job Title: Executive Secretary

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Our ideal candidate's job description includes:

  • Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings to the MD
  • Convenand servicing general meetings (taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence)
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
  • Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
  • Writing reports, letters, and memos
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence for the MD
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments for the MD
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients

Requirements
Expected skills required for this role would include:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years work experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skill
  • The ability to take the initiative and make decisions without supervision
  • A flexible and practical approach to work
  • Discretion and diplomacy.

Salary
NGN70,000 - 100,000 / Month.
