Job Description
Our ideal candidate's job description includes:
- Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings to the MD
- Convenand servicing general meetings (taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence)
- Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
- Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
- Writing reports, letters, and memos
- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence for the MD
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments for the MD
- Typing, preparing, and collating reports
- Prioritizing workloads
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Requirements
Expected skills required for this role would include:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years work experience.
- Excellent organization and time management skill
- The ability to take the initiative and make decisions without supervision
- A flexible and practical approach to work
- Discretion and diplomacy.
Salary
NGN70,000 - 100,000 / Month.
