Job Description
- Significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the customary finance and security documents, both from the perspective of the lender and the borrower.
- Advanced understanding of the main branches of law relevant to finance transactions.
- Broad range experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions (both debt and equity).

Requirements
- The ideal candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:
- At least 7 years post qualification relevant experience.
- Robust experience (either from a relevant industry ora reputable lawfirm).
- Strong academic background (at least a 2.1, either at LLB or BL),
- Superior drafting and communication skills.
- Hardworking, with ability to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Innovative, open-minded and commercially aware.
- High sense of logic and developed capacity for lateral thinking.
- Team player with a client focused approach.
- Enthusiastic about business development.
