A Paint Manufacturing company in the South-South Region of Nigeria is expanding its operations and requires the services of the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: South-South, Nigeria

Description

• The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Company and will report to the Board of Directors.
• The candidate is expected to be experienced in paint manufacturing with a background in chemical engineering, business management and marketing.

Qualifications

• A degree or HND in Chemical Engineering, or Sciences from a recognised tertiary institution with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, five of which must be in the paint industry at supervisory or managerial level.
• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be aged below 45 years.

General Qualifications / Skills:

• All candidates must have excellent communication skills, well developed leadership, inter-personal, problem solving and analytical skills plus knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software.
