Job Title: Field Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers

Job Description

• We are urgently hiring qualified candidates who have strong experience canvassing and community engagement to generate leads for our sales team
• The Field Officer will work as a member of a team of community outreach/Marketing officers reporting to the Referral Marketing Program Manager. As a FieldOfficer, you will be responsible for educating and engaging with the community, most especially students who are preparing for JAMB 2021 to increase brand awareness, app downloads, and social media following.

Role

• Identifying and building relationships with learning institutions to identify students who are preparing for UTME 2021 in the assigned territory.
• Identifying and enrolling product evangelist/advocates for the referral program.
• Generating qualified leads and brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
• Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
• Providing feedback and insight into the company's solution
• Promoting company Marketing program via personal social media accounts
• Track and analyze all key metrics and KPI for each advocate with a focus on marketing campaign results

Requirements

• HND / NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO
• Strong expertise with working knowledge of social media platforms and channels, e.g., Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain grace under pressure, handling multiple tasks at once, and setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-performance environment;
• Reliable, consistent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated;

Salary

• N10,000 monthly.
