Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our Property development team in Lagos.
• As Interior Designer you will be working closely with our architect delivering tailored concept designs and technical details of contemporary, prestigious and mid-high-end projects, offering your creative skillset and previous experience on similar projects
• You will be working on projects from beginning through to completion creating designs within design briefs achieving set specifications as well as inputting your own design flair.

Position Overview

• Working with managements directly throughout the design process
• Creating concept designs as well as technical detailing
• Presenting and developing designs within a design brief
• Recruit and manage interior decorator staffs and contractors
• Responsible for day to day supervision of artisans and contractors

Requirements

• Qualified with minimum 3 years experience
• Experience on mid-high end residential projects
• Creatively minded and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work to a design brief and communicate directly with managements
• IT fluent with knowledge or AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Salary

• N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
