Job Title: Product Development Manager

Key Role Responsibilities

• Lead in Mobile Financial Services Product development, business plan and product offers.
• Develop decisive strategies that deliver tangible business results.
• Create and drive strategies for new products or enhancements.
• Strategic Customer presentations and competitor screenings; identify customer needs and competitor solutions to drive new business opportunities and create disruptive experiences
• Advise, Influence and Engage widely with peers & executives across the company & group; Improve process and tools to make the regional product deployment a success,
• Hands-on project management to lead solution product design, development, test and release by coordinating the implementation team activities, and Lead the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including user guides, presentations, marketing content and demos.

Qualifications / Essential Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline combined with Business Certification MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct sales. Exposure to Banking/MFS industries preferred
