Job Decription
- Must be computer literate
- At lease 2 years experience in similar positions in preferably an hotel
- Be able to greet, register and assign rooms to guests
- Must have good phone and listening skills
- Must be able to handle payments through cash, checks and electronic media
- Be the first point of call for all customers and clients
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
