Requirements
- Candidates should possess SSCE /GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
Skills:
- Ability to use all professional kitchen equipment,
- Proper understanding of food safety practices,
- Excellent time-management skills,
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment,
- Team spirit with customer focused attitude,
- Must be able to work in early morning shifts,
- Certification from a culinary school is an added advantage,
- Good use of initiative and can work largely unsupervised,
- Maintains a high level of hygiene in food preparation.
