We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ad Space Operations Executive Lead

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Conduct timely Ad space research and present new Ad space location
  • Acquire Spaces based on space/location process.
  • Get consent letters from Ad space owners/partners
  • Prepare Ad space site plan, environmental impact assessment report, and report to line manager.
  • Share Ad space partnership contract agreement with space partners.
  • Apply for Ad space approval from regulators
  • Ensure partners space execution and maintenance are done timely and based on Ad space specification.
  • Update database record for all Ad Space locations (Picture & Details).
  • Ensure lower Ad space documentation cost, regulatory and compliance penalty cost, and execution cost.

Qualification

  • A minimum of HND in Project Management and related disciplines.
  • At least 4 years work experience.
  • Experience working in a media agency and with media regulatory agencies

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with advertising regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of printing, scaffolding, fabrication, campaign deployment
  • Experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, vendors and clients.
