Job Scope

• We are seeking a talented, self motivated, self starting creative individual with a passion to for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media and traditional marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops & implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products & services
• Promote sales of lands and properties
• Develops and manages sales operating budgets
• Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaings
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
• Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in Marketing or any related field
• Excellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
• Excellent Team Management ability, proven working experience as a real estate marketing executive.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sales. negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Must be able to write daily, weekly and monthly report in a clear and concise manner
• 1-3 years experience.

Renumeration
Salary quite attractive with commissions.
