Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Negotiating contracts with clients on behalf of the organization.
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between the organization and clients.
- Understanding client requirements and providing advisory where needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, HR or other fields
- Minimum of 1 year as a Recruitment Consultant or related position.
- Collaborative spirit
- Confident with a positive attitude
- Great interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong and proven track record in sales.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Tenacious and able to influence people at all levels
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position.
