- Review and Implementation of HR Policies
Qualification:
- First Degree in any discipline; A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice Computer Skills - proficiency in MS-office application.
- Ability to manage due process and procedures
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills - oral & written.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness Membership of ClPM will constitute an advantage.
