Job Title: Assistant Registrar
Location: Imo
Description
- (For Council matters, Senate, Personnel/HR, Admissions and Exams & Records)
- Responsible for processing registrations, maintenance of students records, course records management and other related matters
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate student academic records, including course registration, grades
- Maintains academic records and educational documentation
- Maintains and enhance knowledge of current policies and procedures. Provides and communicates information from the Registrars’ Office to appropriate individuals and groups as required/ requested
- Assists in the degree verification process
- Assists the Registrar with day-to-day operation of the office
- Serves on University Committees as appropriate
Requirements
- A good first Degree (minimum of Second Class Division), preferably in Humanities, Law, Social Sciences or Management Science from a recognized national or international university plus ten (10) years relevant post-qualification cognate experience or
- Masters Degree with six (6) years of cognate experience
