Job Description

• The CSO title is also used in many enterprises to describe the leader of the "corporate security" function, which includes the physical security and safety of employees, facilities and assets. Director of Corporate Security.
• Direct and Develop Security roadmaps and strategies to effectively manage risk, respond to incidents, maintain continuity of Operations, and safeguards the Organisation.
• Direct the development and implementation of security policies, processes and procedures for RSSSL locations under your supervision.
• Develop and deploy a world class security awareness cultures
• Develop and deploy State-of-the-Art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard the organization’ personal assets, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Direct and implement effective security measures to protect personnel’s stakeholders, customers, information, ln assets across Real Strikers Security Services Limited Locations under your supervision.
• Plan, develop, and implement physical security guidelines, policies, and procedures, employing an understanding of security business controls, strategies, and methodologies to ensure on going security in key area, such as: access control at your assigned site, technical security and early – warning systems, emergency planning and response, investigations, assessing & managing threats, e.t.c
• Maintain living database of security incidents and threats; be aware of executive travel to your site to assist with close protection and to mitigate risks.
• Conduct security investigations and coordinate with external law enforcement, emergency services, building security, and government agency professionals as the need arises
• Recommend industry’s best practices and available tools to protect physical site and site personnel.
• Keep senior management informed of security-related issues on an ongoing basis (periodic reporting).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
