Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum of three years working cognate experience as a marketer/sales representatives
- Age 25 – 30 years (Female only)
- Must have a good communication skills
- Strong ability to prospect for new clients and manage existing ones
- Able to develop marketing proposals
- Must be self-driven and result oriented
- Good team player
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Must be able to manage the relationship between host organisation and 3rd party suppliers/vendors to ensure excellent service delivery to all customers
- Must have strong ability to measure end customer satisfaction, develop action plan to mitigate any operational risks or to resolve escalated issues.
- Must be able to develop strong working relationship with the team members, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements and service issues, including follow up on proposals.
