The
University of Lagos (UNILAG), a Federal Government University in Lagos, Lagos State, southern Nigeria, has remained one of the best and renowned in the country. Job Title: Senior Lecturer (Urban & Regional Planning)

Description:
- Candidate for this post should normally possess a good first degree and Ph.D. degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
- Candidate must have at least five (5) years teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or comparable institution of higher learning and should normally have served as Lecturer I for three (3) years.
- Candidate must have ability to initiate and develop courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and research programmes at postgraduate level. Evidence of several scholarly publications in learned Journals is required in addition to evidence of ability to supervise post-graduates (including) Ph.D. candidates in areas of expertise.
- Professional registration with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC) is a requirement.Area of Specialisation: Land use planning, Urban Mobility, Urban Management, Sustainable Development,GIS, Land Administration
Salary Range:
CONUASS 5 (N1,653,415.00 – N2,348,299.00) per annum.
