We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager - Buildings

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time

Duties / Detailed Description
What duties will you have?

  • You will monitor contract management, take over customer acquisition and prepare tenders.
  • You will also report to the regional manager and monitor the technical completion of work.
  • You will use personnel in the most cost-efficient manner and will monitor all aspects of this.
  • You will control the work schedule, calculations and the results within the project.
  • You will have a degree in building engineering (bachelor or masters degree, diploma or equivalent qualification from a polytechnic or technical university).
  • You will also have at least five years of experience in a similar function and have the appropriate technical competence and expertise.
  • Ideally, you will already have worked abroad where you will have gathered some experience.
  • You will have good spoken and written English skills.
  • You love working in a team; you are flexible and have an entrepreneurial approach.

Requirements
